Jag Care provides JA students with before and after school care in a safe, structured environment that encourages academic growth and social development.
We are only licensed for 50 children in this program. At this time, we do not have an option to expand Jag Care. In order to allow everyone an opportunity, we hold a lottery each spring. Students must be enrolled by the date set each year for the lottery in April (date TDB). As we want to maximize this program, families needing four or five days per week were given a priority in the lottery that was held last spring. Students that were enrolled at Jefferson Academy by the end of the business day on Thursday, April 20, 2023 were included in the lottery.

2023-2024 School year: Before: 6:30 - 7:45 a.m. After: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Non-School Days: 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
We will need a minimum of twenty students signed up on non-school days to provide care.
There is one time per school year registration fee of $50.

We offer a 10% discount for families enrolling multiple siblings and children of staff members (Families are eligible for only one discount.)
