Administration

Executive Director: Mr. Matlick has an M.Ed. in education from North Eastern State University (Oklahoma) and a B.S.E. in K-12 Physical Education from John Brown University (Arkansas). He taught and coached in a boarding high school for 9 years before going into business for a decade. He returned to education serving Colorado charter schools for 17 years as a school board member, principal and area superintendent.

Principal
: Dr. Debbie O'Neill has a doctorate degree in Educational Administration from William Howard Taft University and a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. O'Neill has over 30 years of experience as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and area superintendent.

Assistant Principal: Mrs. Marlan Muller -  Mrs. Muller has a Master's Degree in School Supervision and Administration from John's Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Goucher College.

Mrs. Muller has many years of experience in education as an elementary teacher (grades 1, 2, 3), Elementary Principal, K-12 Assistant Principal, Curriculum Director and Volunteer Coordinator.          

Dean of Culture & ClimateMrs. Sabrina Chapman - Mrs. Chapman has her Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Argosy University; she received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona in Elementary Education.  

Mrs. Chapman has been a part of the Jefferson Academy community since 2004 as a parent, Educational Assistant, and teacher.
